Many legends tell of Demons and Angels. Legends also tell of extraordinary humans, capable of things only Gods should be able to do. What if it wasn't all just legends? What if they were real?
The truth is; they are real. Very real. And the last time they were on Earth, they brought with them an airbourn contagin that infected any who breathed in the same air, any who came in contact with the Angels or Demns. Those effected could do things no mortal could. They could control fire, fly in the air, see in the future, and move through objects. They became like Angels and Demons themselves, but in a world where Man was at the top of the food chain...they were hunted.
The Demons and Angels had a falling out but left behind their 'spawn'. Who multipied by having children. It didn't seem to spread by contact, but it remained in family genes. Those children and their children's children also had those abilities left behind. Many of those families stayed together, many spread themselves thin and ignored that part of them.
After many, many years, some started schools.
LGA was founded in 1879 by one Lian Nitta. But he is a story for another time.
